A year ago today everything changed for our family when we found out you had cancer. You were so brave and fought until the end to stay with us. You will always be such an inspiration for how you stayed so strong throughout and still put everyone else before yourself, always thinking about your family and friends. Our hearts will always be full of love for you. Not a day goes by when you are not thought of. We will miss you forever. Xx
